Working Experiences:

Worked as legal affairs consultant and lawyer for many years, once engaged in many legal disputes as the in-house consultant of several large enterprises and public companies respectively covering the businesses of Electronics, Communication, Insurance and Civil Aviation etc; certain businesses concerning Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) or with foreign-related practices have been focused upon the license was an attorney at law. High appreciation has been acquired from colleagues and client due to my professional and diligent services.

Experienced in the businesses of IPRs, Foreign-related Administrative Licensing and Civil & Commercial Law, including the Anti-unfair Competition, the Import and Export of Patent or Know-how, Product Quality and Standards, Software and Internet, Foreign Investment and International Trade practices, especially the long practices and experiences in the IPRs of Polysilicon Industry.

China Southern Airlines Co. Ltd to develop the project of Shanghai Pudong International Airport Base;

a State-controlled Air Travel Co., Ltd to handle the reconstruction and reorganization project;

an International Investment Development Ltd incorporated in Macao to reorganizing a four-star hotel located in Shantou City;

The 10th People's Hospital of Shanghai, IMS and other Clients to handle many labor disputes cases successfully;

a Hospital (Shanghai) Management Ltd, a Japanese Medical Company and other Clients to handle the Shareholders’ Derivative Action and other non-litigation cases;

Shanghai Jing’an Urban Construction Company to provide the long-term legal services concerning the municipal construction and land acquisition, as well as successes on behalf of such Company in many proceedings;

TELMAR, CMSWARE, PUBWIN and AMERICAN AIRLINES and other Foreign Clients to provide the legal services concerning software and internet; and
