China Business Law (www.lawcase.org) (hereinafter referred to as "The Site" or "CBL") was established by CIPL Group (hereinafter referred to as "The Group") and registered under the laws of the People's Republic of China. By accessing the site or by otherwise accessing any content found on The Site, you are deemed to have entered into an agreement with The Site and to have agreed to be bound by the terms set out below.

1.    The information including, but not limited, web pages, articles, information, data, and other contents in conjunction with the Site (hereinafter referred to as "The Information"), are provided by The Group under the protection of General Principles of the Civil Law of the People's Republic of China, Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and international treaties. Any infringements of the abovesaid rights will likely lead to civil, administrative, or criminal liabilities.

This includes but is not by way of limitation. The Group also does not guarantee that you will be able to browse or access this Site at any time. 4.    The Group will not be liable for any direct or incidental damages arising from accessing The Site, using The Information on The Site, failure to use or reliance on The Site.

5.    By posting information on The Site, you are granting The Group royalty free license to use, including but not limited to reproducing, transferring, publishing and transmitting in any form at any time. You are solely responsible for the contents of your posted information and may not post, link to or otherwise publish any information that are unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, obscene, pornographic, indecent or which contain any other form of illegal content. 6.    If you believe that The Information used on The Site infringe your legal rights, you should notify The Group immediately by means of submitting a written report with proof of identity, certificate of ownership and relevant evidence. The Group should delete, remove or edit the relevant information as soon as possible upon receiving and confirming the above mentioned documents, but in no event will it be liable for any damages. The Site may contain information submitted by users with their own views that is not on behalf of The Group. The Site is not responsible for these information, but should provide assistance if you can prove the damages.

7.    You must obey the Law of the People's Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets, Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, Administrative Regulation on the Security Protection of Computer Information System of the People's Republic of China, Interim Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Management of International Networking of Computer Information, and other relevant regulations. The Company may, in its discretion, terminate your access to the Site without prior notice if your actions infringe upon the abovesaid regulations

8.    The Site also reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of the disclaimer without notice in addition to all other rights or remedies provided in the above terms or by law.
