Welcome to http://www.lawcase.org
China Business Law is set up to provide an academic exchange platform to the professionals such as lawyers, accountants, consultants who are interested in Chinese laws, and to provide well-classified knowledge database to the foreign investors, businessmen, administrant, who do business or pay attention to doing business in China. We devote ourselves to simplify the laws related to doing business in China from our own practice and experiences after discovering the shattered and cluttered internet based information about this area.
The idea of setting up The Site is originated from Lawyer Zhong Yi (Steven) who worked as an in-house counsel and currently acts as the partner of Shanghai Run He Law Firm. During the process of dealing with various kinds of affairs with foreign elements, he feels it necessary, interesting and helpful to build an English BLOG, recommending Chinese Laws and regulations by using real cases toward the world. He and his assistants already contributed a lot to the site, from IT and Company Law aspects to the content of articles posted on it.
Later, Lawyer Yu Xiang Hua (Natalie) and Lawyer Zhao (Johnny) who both used to study and work overseas joined this team. Lawyer Yu, practicing PRC laws at Shanghai Xu Xiao Qing Law Office, and Lawyer Zhao, the Partner of Shanghai Wealth Finance Consulting Limited, really appreciate Lawyer Zhong's efforts in CBL and they also have the same willingness to show that more and more Chinese local lawyers could provide world-class legal services to add value to their clients in future to fill the huge gap created by the international and the local law firms.
On The Site, our members may have own blogs. By writing articles in the blog, personal intellectual achievements can be reflected and shared with others.
In the forum of The Site, our members can discuss topics freely and have a way to solve problems about Chinese laws related to business.
After our members publish articles on The Site, our administrator Team will classify them into different categories. And various knowledge databases will be formed gradually.
Also, we welcome foreign professionals to take an active part in The Site. Through their introduction of the Business Laws of their own countries, it may be helpful to our subscribers to do legal research or do business overseas.
Now, we are getting stronger and have more great helpers. New members are from various backgrounds, such as experienced financial managers, in-house lawyers, credit-control managers. They know what we are trying to do and all voluntarily come to join our team. We learn from one another, as we share our knowledge and experience regarding business law in China.
By this site, we'd very much like to share our opinions and experiences regarding business laws in China and appreciate any of your feedback. In response to the increasing importance of China to the global marketplace, we provide advice and counseling to business in the China market as well.
