Mr. Shen Fujun, male, born in shanghai in December 1961, is the professor of EAST CHINA UNIVERSITY OF POLITICAL SCIENCE AND LAW and the Deputy Director of the Research Center of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, also enjoying the position of Director of the Education & Teaching Centre of the Law School, the partner of Shanghai Runhe Law Firm, the legal consultant of Shanghai legislation institute, the member of experts panel of Administrative Law of Shanghai Justice Bureau, the expert consultant on Justice and Administration in Guangzhou Justice Bureau, as well as the part-time professor of prosecuting attorneys’ training school of Shanghai, the senior lecturer of the Shanghai Legal Lecturer Group.

Now he is the chief editor and has participated in the editing work of legal literatures such as, ADMINISTRATIVE LAW & ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE LAW, CHINA PROCEDURE LAW, ADMINISTRATIVE LAW, CHINESE SOCIAL SCIENCE IN THE 20TH CENTURY------JURISPRUDENCE PART, THE NEW LEGAL SYSTEM CONCEPTION OF MODERM CHINA------EXPOUND THE POLICY OF RULING THE COUNTRY BY LAW, TO PREVENT THE CRIME BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF DUTY NORMALIZE THE ADMINISTRATION ACTION and so forth. Up to 50 academic papers written by him have been published on JURISPRUDENCE, RESEARCH ON LAW AND BUSINESS, POLITICS AND LAW and TRANSACTION OF EUCPSL and so on. He won the titles of the Best Lecturer of the undergraduate courses, the Shenyin &Wanguo(a famous stock bourse) Scholarship awarded by the Shanghai Education Development Fund and the third prize of 8th Paper Production of Shanghai Philosophy Social Science(Government Prize) and so on.
