The Supreme People's Court

The People's Republic of China establishes the Supreme People's Court and the people's courts at various local levels, military courts and other special people's courts. The Supreme People's Court is the highest judicial organ in China and is responsible to the NPC and its Standing Committee. The term of office of the President of the Supreme People's Court is the same as that of the National People's Congress. The President shall serve no more than two consecutive terms. It independently exercises the highest judicial right according to the law and without any interruption by administrative organs, social organizations or individuals. Its structure comprises a judicial committee, or the highest judicial organization, and courts or the No.1 Criminal Tribunal, the No.2 Criminal Tribunal, the Civil Tribunal, the Economic Tribunal, the Administrative Tribunal, the Complaint and Appeal Tribunal and the Communication and Transportation Tribunal.

Would you please advise is it possible to find out the Supreme People's Court cases re. application of the PRC Company Law 2006? I've seen three cases posted by you, but, unfortunately, they do not concern provisions of this Law. I've tried to search by internet but unsuccessful.

There’re two judicial interpretations on some issues about the application of the Company Law. I’m sorry that I only have the Chinese version.If you need the Chinese version, I will sent it to you. Maybe you can try to get the English version by other means.
